Steve Braatz

Steve Braatz brings over 20 years of financial industry experience to his role as Financial Advisor at ClearHaven Wealth Management. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, where he earned degrees in Finance and Communication Studies, Steve has built his career on a simple but powerful belief — that the best financial guidance is rooted in deep, lasting relationships where advisors and clients walk through life's many chapters together. 

Steve works primarily with retail clients, including business owners and medical professionals, helping each one identify their goals and develop customized strategies designed to bring those goals to life. His investment philosophy is grounded in discipline and calm — when others react to market volatility, Steve helps his clients stay focused on the long-term plan. It's an approach that has earned him the credibility of the clients he serves and made client relationships the most rewarding part of his work. 

Outside of the office, Steve is a devoted husband to his wife Courtney and a proud father to his two sons, Owen and Evan. A lifelong Woodbury, Minnesota resident, he can often be found on the golf course, cheering his kids on at their sporting events, or spending quality time with friends and family. Steve also gives back to his community as a youth sports coach  — a reflection of the same commitment and care he brings to every client relationship.
